All pupils transferring to the Academy from another school must present their health records and report cards or other evidence of scholastic achievement at the time of registration. Birth certificates are required for all new students, and first graders must be six years of age before August 1st.

The Principal reserves the right to evaluate the student's previous school records, and to give the student a written test, in order to assign the student to the educational level which will assure his best achievement. Final acceptance is subject to the recommendation of the Principal and approval of the Board of Directors.

Any student who is accepted for admission to the Academy pledges himself to willingly obey all its regulations and to uphold the Christian principles upon which the Academy has been established.

Mater Dei Academy does not discriminate in its policies in regard to race, color, religion or national origin.
